JustConnections is a UK-based advertising and service-matching platform. We connect customers with independent local professionals. We do not provide any services ourselves and are not a contractor, tradesperson, or service provider.

2. Nature of Our Service

JustConnections collects enquiries from customers and forwards those enquiries to one suitable independent professional so they can respond directly.

We do not provide quotations, negotiate work, manage bookings, supervise work, guarantee outcomes, or take payment for services. All service agreements are made directly between the customer and the independent professional.

3. Professional Onboarding Checks (Limited)

We carry out basic onboarding checks when professionals join and may request supporting documents where appropriate. These checks are limited and do not amount to a guarantee of workmanship, reliability, qualifications, availability, or outcomes. Customers should always confirm credentials, insurance, and references directly with the professional before agreeing to any work.

4. No Liability for Services Provided by Professionals

Professionals operate independently from JustConnections. We are not responsible for the quality of work, pricing or quotations, the conduct or communications of professionals, delays or missed appointments, damages, losses, or defects, or disputes, refunds, or cancellations.

Any disputes or claims relating to work carried out must be resolved directly between the customer and the professional. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and submitted in good faith; you are authorised to request the service at the relevant address; you understand the professional may contact you directly; and you will take reasonable steps to verify suitability before instructing work.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee the availability of a professional or a response within a specific timeframe.

6. Lead Distribution and Responses

We aim to match your enquiry with one suitable independent professional. We do not guarantee that a professional will accept, respond to, or quote for your enquiry, or specific response times, availability, or outcomes.

If you do not receive a meaningful response within 24 hours, JustConnections may, where appropriate, offer to help re-submit your enquiry or re-match you with another suitable professional.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by JustConnections or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustConnections shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or service, engagement with any professional, or any errors or omissions in information provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law.
